Thanks Irina, just before I was able to contact with the priests of the Japanese Orthodox Church, Father Clement and Father John, and they sent me the exact details of the bank account, to which you can transfer the money. Originally it as the matter of delivering funds to any victims, but now they are receiving money specifically for the restoration of the suffered churches and their parishioners. Next. For those who live (like me) in Israel, I can recommend to contact the office of the Christian charity organization “Bridges for Peace”: . They have extensive experience of charity, including issues of transferring and delivering funds between Israel and Japan. There are offices in Jerusalem (Saul Adler St, 7, phone 02-624-5004) and in Karmiel (HaChermesh St, 3, phone 04-998-3191). Generally, in the “normal” mode, they collect donations from Christians from various countries, including Japan, in favor of Israel, but now, naturally, the system “works in the reverse direction”, and they are collecting donations for Japan.
