Sphere-Polyhedra versions: history of changes
[Jun 21, 2005] Changes in the current version 2.2.07:
- An ability to set the phases conductivity is added to conduction calculation.
- Some bugs fixed.
[Jun 21, 2005] Changes in the current version 2.2.06:
- The results of conduction calculation are
added to the detailed report.
- The electrical potentials and currents calculated
for all objects can be viewed now in red-blue color palette.

[Jun 15, 2005] Changes in the current version 2.2.04:
- Conduction statistics added in the "Report" section:
calculating voltage, current and conduction between two visible objects
(spheres only allowed).
- Compatibility with popup blocker of Windows XP (Service Pack 2).
Changes in the current version 2.2.03:
- A bug fixed: the page did not work with non-english regional settings,
if the format of decimal numbers isn't standard "3.14159"
(for example, if numbers are written as "3,14159").
Changes in the version 2.2.02:
- "Saving/restoring scenario" section is enhanced.
Now you can save or create scenario contaning several pack stages.
After restoring such scenario, you will perform all stages in a batch mode.
- Help page is created for "Saving/restoring scenario".

Now you can save the packing settings, customized by you, as a text
or as a new URL if "Favorites"
Changes in the version 2.2:
- The basic Java classes relating to the painting and mouse control
were rewritten for better usability (as library classes for Java applications)
and performance.
- Two new sphere-polyhedra kinds have been added:
'B' (2R x 2R x 2r parallelepiped) and
'b' (2R x 2r x 2r parallelepiped).
Changes in the version 2.1.08:
- Default distribution model changed from "Gaussian" to "Lognormal".
- Some bugs fixed for "Lognormal" distribution model.
Changes in the version 2.1.07:
- Two new parameters added: "Fractions of kinds" and "Volume fractions mode".
It allows to build packs with the required fractions of the object kinds.
Changes in the version 2.1.06:
- Only visible objects are used now in the statistics inside the parallelepiped.
- ρ parameter (the radius of a sphere which volume is equal to the
mean volume of objects) added to the the statistics inside the parallelepiped.
- New basic statistic information is added: now the number of objects, mean volume,
summary volume and volume percent is automatically calculated and shown for each object color.
Changes in the version 2.1.05:
- The numbers of neighbours (minimal, maximal, average, deviation) are calculated
and can be viewed for each color pair. For example, now you can view the number
of green neightbours for all red objects. All information is included in the
detailed report.
Changes in the version 2.1.04:
- The parameters MeanR, meanr, MeanRI,
DR, dr, DRI can contain several numbers
separated by commas. One number corresponds to one sphere-polyhedron kind.
For example, if MeanR parameter contains "1, 5",
DR contains "0.1, 0.5" and sphere-polyhedra kinds
are "S, S", then the pack will consist of two groups of spheres,
the first group with radii 1±0.1 and the second with radii 5±0.5.

Changes in the version 2.1.02:
- Volumes and surface areas of the sphere-polyhedra are added to the detailed report.
- The detailed sphere-polyhedra information in the report is represented as an HTML table.
- A bug fixed in the calculation of density.
