Segei Parfeniuk was born in 1960 in Asbestos town of Sverdlovsk region.  Has started drawing from the age of 5. In 1978 he graduated from Bogdanovich College of porcelain painting. From 1992 has become a free-lance painter. His works are in museum of Asbestos and in private collections of Italy, Great Britain, Germany and USA.
