In particular, search systems (or robots), that are periodically searching through Internet for new resources, can find and register an "optimized" link to your site. Some private persons or third party organizations can place such a link on their pages. We do not control this process and carry no responsibility for these or similar actions. We do also consider, that appearance of "optimized" links to your site in Internet is a positive factor, allowing the increased number of people to receive more economic and comfortable access to your Web resource. Every browser is supplying your pages with its own panels, buttons, menus, and other interface elements. Our service, from user's point of view, is an addition to browser, improving its behavior, i.e., optimized access to Internet. As an addition to browser, WebWarper can possess its own windows and panels, and also place on them our advertising. Required by use convenience, in order not to jam a screen, we did decide to place WebWarper panels not in separate windows, but besides the content of the viewed page — above and below the major body of the page. WebWarper panels in this case are scrolled with page content using scrolling bars. It allows user, by scrolling a page, to use all of the effective space of browser for viewing your information. But that does not mean that WebWarper service panels did become a part of your page, and in this way did infringe your copyright on page contents. WebWarper panels are the same interface elements as are an address line and buttons panel of your browser. Panels of WebWarper are accentuated with special design, and are decorated in the same style as standard panels of Microsoft Internet Explorer browser. We did take all measures in order for our panels not to conflict with your content, and not to interfere with apprehension of your information. If though in some complex situations the "failure" happens, and your page, when viewed through WebWarper, looks differently then without WebWarper, we are not responsible for that. In this case WebWarper service is in the same situation, as a new Web browser: browser developers are not responsible for potential errors taking place during the visualization of the sites, whose developers did not consider this browser during development. Errorless visualization of a site under all browsers, including a case of using WebWarper, is a subject of concern for site developers. We did implement an intelligent algorithm of correcting "optimized" HTML-pages, replacing all the links, present on a page, with their equivalents, also optimized using webwarper.net/ww/ prefix. This algorithm, in particular, does consider transitions performed with help of JavaScript or HTML-forms, corrects cookies mechanism in a required manner, etc. Nevertheless, problems are possible in especially complex cases.
In particular, the use of HTTP 1.1should be allowed in settings of Internet Explorer browsers, including the case of working through proxy. In Internet Explorer 5.X (or higher versions) this feature is set through menu item Tools / Internet Options, bookmark Advanced, "HTTP 1.1 settings" section. |
